Lucknowi Chicken Korma is full of flavors and is delectable in taste . This lip smacking Recipe is just too amazing and has all the ingredients that you will find on your kitchen rack . As we all are aware of the Lucknow's succulent and delicious dishes like Biryani 's , kebbabs , kormas , sheer mal , kofte and so on..... It is a must Recipe if you are a foodie by heart and love exploring new dishes .





Though me and my hubby , we both are by heart foodie person , so I keep on trying new recipes specially for him . Though I am not from Lucknow nor I have visited any time but just through some information and yes online recipes I picked up ideas and assumed that such would be the taste . Recipe Of Chicken Tikka Cheese Frankie

Frankie is one of its kind with a range of varieties, like veg Frankie, potato Frankie, paneer Frankie, mutton Frankie , chicken Frankie , butter chicken frankie , chicken tikka cheese frankie and so on and on, the list is endless . Frankie is an Indian bread rolled with chicken / paneer / vegetables tossed in hot spices and flavored onions .



Actually I always make my regular Mutton Frankie or Butter chicken Frankie but some days back when I had gone for shopping I happened to have a veg cheese Frankie and to my surprise it was so delicious and so was his method of making it , that I had to try my version of it . Though as I am a chicken lover so tried making a non veg version of it , Chicken Tikka Cheese Frankie . Try it and I am sure you gonna love my Chicken Tikka Cheese Frankie ....!

Recipe of Butter Chicken Frankie

Butter Chicken Frankie is a lip smacking and delicious appetizer , in which I have given a filling of butter chicken and then assembled it in frankie way by adding onion vinegar salad and rolled tightly in egg chapatti . Though Frankie is a famous Indian street food , served in all street side joints with many variations like mutton frankie , chicken frankie , veg frankie and so on.




Well I was preparing Butter Chicken with butter naan for my afternoon meal , but as I wanted to have something different so end up making into Frankie style . To my surprise my Butter Chicken Frankie turned out so delicious that my family demanded to make it more often . Here is my Butter Chicken Frankie recipe .

INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION :

Recipe of Bhuna Gosht

Bhuna Gosht is a non creamy , delicious , and flavorful dish , served with parantha or naans with fresh salads . Basically Buna gosht has a thick gravy made out of onions , tomatoes and other spices , roasted in the oil to get that perfect taste . Well the name says it all , Bhuna means roast and gosht means mutton . The more you roast the spices with onions and Mutton pieces , the better it tastes .  









The best way of cooking mutton meat , be it boneless or with bones is to cook by slow cooking method , in the thick gravy made out of onions and tomatoes and other spices roasted in oil . But if you are running late , then you can pre boil the mutton pieces in little water with some ginger garlic paste and salt . But I would suggest you to make by slow cooking method .

Red Saucy Mayo Pasta / Pasta

Red Saucy Mayo Pasta hasa creamy texture , which has delicious taste and is delectable too .Though usually pasta is , specially the red one is made with tomato base , but as my hubby is not too fond of tomato based gravies , I twisted this recipe by making white sauce and then adding mayo sauce mixture of my Chicken Burger Recipe .


As this was an experiment , I had the remaining sauce mixture of my Chicken Burger Recipe, which I wanted to utilize in any of my recipe , so thought to add to the pasta and make a different taste altogether . And trust me the taste turned out to be so delicious , that my daughter insisted to make this version when ever Pasta is being made. Here is my Recipe of Red Saucy Mayo Pasta ...

Recipe of Burger Buns / Hot dog Buns

Home made Burger Buns are easy to make , they surely take time , say about 3 - 4 hours , but trust me once you make at home you will always keep making them . You can make burger buns and hot dogs too out of the same recipe . Here is my recipe of Burger Buns .





INGREDIENTS : 

3 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour ( maida ) 
4 tbsp sugar ( 1/4 cup sugar )
1 tbsp instant yeast 
1 tsp salt 
1 egg 
3/4 cup - 1 cup water 
1 cup milk 
1/4 cup butter 
2 tbsp melted butter 
1 tbsp egg mixture 
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds 

METHOD : 

1. In a sauce pan , heat milk , water and butter together and make it very warm. In another large bowl , add half all purpose flour , salt , yeast and  sugar . Mix well . Now add the milk mixture into the flour with an egg . Start kneading the dough , in between keep adding the rest of the remaining dry flour and make a soft dough .


2. Transfer dough on the flat surface , sprinkle some dry flour , and knead well into soft dough for about 8 - 10 minutes .
