Recipe of chilly cheese sticks




Cheese sticks are very easy to make and hassle free and at the same time lip smacking. cheese sticks are just dipped into 2 - 3 types of coating so that the cheese do not ooze out and get the best flavor when melts in mouth. When I was making this recipe , in fact whenever I  make anything regarding cheese  , I remember some one who was very close to me , infact  I can say that yes because of her I  got addicted to cheese , she use to and can have cheese in any form and of course me too can consume cheese in any form, Ne ways people move on but leave behind fond memories , so I dedicate my  recipe chilly cheese sticks to her, hope she makes this recipe and refresh our fond memories. 



INGREDIENTS:1Packet Mozzarella  cheese ( any of your choice )
1/3 cup all purpose flour 
1/8 cup cornstarch
1 beaten egg with pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 tssp salt or garlic salt 
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup breadcrumbs
oil 

METHOD:

  • Cut the cheese into long sticks and make sure its cold frozen.
  • Mix cornstarch and flour together .
  • Mix breadcrumbs , chilly powder and salt together.
  • Roll the cheese stick into flour mixture and then dip into eggs and then into breadcrumbs , coat each stick with the same procedure.
  • Place the sticks on baking sheet ,cover and freeze the cheese sticks for an hour so that it gets set. 
  • Heat oil in a kadhai , and deep fry the cheese sticks till golden brown.
  • Serve chilly cheese sticks with tomato ketchup or any red instant chutney. { Recipe by Zulekha Arafat }


NOTE:
Serve at the same time when fried or warm the sticks in oven before serving to get that creamy cheese effect.





                                    PREPARATION TIME : 20 Minutes.( extra time 1 hour )
                                                         SERVES: 3 - 4 Persons.
