Cheesy Garlic bread / Stuffed Garlic Breadsticks

Cheesy Garlic Bread or Stuffed Garlic Breadstick is a scrumptious and delectable snack , which is loaded with 2 types of cheese that oozes out after its baked . In fact there are variations too , you can make only garlic bread too without corns and jalapeno . Stuffed Garlic Bread is not only liked by 
young people but it is kids favourite too . In this recipe a dough is risen by yeast concoction , then rolled into a round shape , and is baked with cheese , corns and spices . This is one of my most favorite appetizer to be served with evening tea. 



Without much ado , here is my Recipe of Cheesy Garlic Bread / Stuffed Garlic Breadsticks INGREDIENTS : 
1/2 tsp dry active yeast 
1/2 cup water 
1 small tsp sugar 
1 cup all purpose flour 
5 -6 cloves of garlic crushed 
2 tbsp semolina or corn meal
1/2 tsp garlic powder 
1/4 tsp onion powder 
1/2 tsp chilly flakes 
1/2 tsp mixed herbs 
salt to taste 
2 tbsp oil

Memoni Chicken Russian Cutlet / Russian Cutlet

Chicken Russian cutlet is the most favourite snack and a must Recipe during Ramadan times . In this chicken is boiled and added with mashed potatoes , veggies , white sauce and seasonings , later is dipped in egg wash and rolled in vermicelli or cornflakes and butter crumbs mixture , lastly is deep/shallow fried until golden brown.


Chicken Russian Cutlet is an aged oldcreamy starter , I very well remember when I was in 6th grade ( class ) I use to visit my aunt place and there during Ramadan time , she use to make these delicious chicken Russian cutlet , though I was too young at that time so had no knowledge on cooking but we all use to bind them together and give the chicken Russian Cutlet a medium size flat round shape . In fact we use to add spaghetti / boiled noodles too . Here is my lip smacking and authentic Russian cutlet Recipe , I am sure you will like it...!

Tangy Chicken

Tangy Chicken is a scrumptious and tongue tickling appetizer , it is a must try Recipe , I am sure you and your family will love it. In Tangy Chicken , I have deep fried the marinated chicken pieces and then tossed in tangy sauce , for that flavourful taste.   With minimal ingredients , this Tangy Chicken is one of the best , quick and fastest making Recipe. Without much ado , here is the recipe of TANGY CHICKEN.


INGREDIENTS : 

1 kg chicken with bones ( mine is approxi 750 gms )  2 tsp lemon juice  1 tsp vinegar  1 tsp black pepper  2 cups tomato sauce  1/2 or 1 tsp black pepper  1 and half tsp chilly powder + 1tsp red chilly powder  1 and half tsp red chilly flakes  1 egg whisked few chopped spring onions green    3/4 cup cornflour  salt to taste  3 tbsp oil

How to make Mango Phirni / Mango Firni

Phirni is an Indian pudding where milk is cooked with ground rice and sugar on low flame giving a thick consistency, where as saffron adds to the aroma.




Phirni is traditionally served in earthen bowls, and is famous during on special occasions or celebrations like diwali and many other festivals.


















Mango Phirni is a delectable and lip smacking variation of Phirni , one of the best one after Chocolate phirni ( click here for chocolate phirni ) , in this the procedure is same as phirni , just that after the phirni has cooled down , mango pulp is added to give the flavour and topped with some finely chopped mangoes to give mango flavour to the phirni. Here is my recipe of Mango Phirni , full of flavours.




INGREDIENTS: 

1/2 Liter whole milk  2 and 1/2 tbsp rice 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder  4 tbsp sugar  Few almonds, pistachios blanched , peeled and sliced a pinch saffron ( kesar)

Cheese Corn Balls

Cheese corn balls are a delectable combination bind together which gives a delicious and irresistible taste to dish. If you are cheese and corn lover then this recipe is an apt one for you .


These corn cheesy balls are easy to make and loved by all age groups , you can serve it with coriander mint chutney or home made chilly chutney or ketchup. Without much ado here is my recipe of Cheese Corn Ball.. !
